Professional staff, it was real good stay.

Everything was fantastic, I liked my stay. It was brand-new, comfortable modern and with a view.

It was as expected, had an amazing stay for a family vacation. Spotlessly clean and unique room which had it's own balcony and a mini-bar. I went to an amazing restaurant and liked the Japanese dishes.  

Units with a view. The location was marvellous, close to Fashion District.

Tbh Wi-Fi was quite slow, and the bed was too soft.

The location was great and incredible unable to secure myself from calling the restaurant directly. Overall it was big and unique for a great value.

Outstanding food for breakfast. A reasonably large and beautifully designed room provided with a great view and roll-in shower, for example. Favourable location in a really comfortable area, adjacent to Thompson Toronto, close walking proximity to the CN Tower and 

The service is top-notch with private parking available and excellent meals. The breakfast is excellent with a huge variety of food.

Ideally located near the lakeshore, greatly enjoyed this place. The rooms - luxurious, huge with a library and roll-in shower, for example.

Fancy and fairly clean hotel, incredible views of downtown. Tastefully decorated rooms and extremely well trained staff members from the front desk to the housekeepers. Bright bathrooms. Prime and convenient location, fantastic area. 

I have just returned from a lovely stay in this family-friendly hotel, new-fashioned and unique rooms. It is ideally situated unable to secure myself from calling the restaurant directly.

The staff - exceptional. The Diner - world class eggs benedict. The Doorman Team! Incredible bar staff. Perfect bed, pillows, and shower. Excellent lobby flowers and scent. Loved the heated bathroom floors. Elevator speed 

very hip and modern hotel, confortable, clean and well kept

they have some serious sound problem, echo on the halls and the doors are extremely noisy when they shut, people who walk by sound like they are in your room. also people reserving spots in the roof pool, annoying since they are not there and you cannot use the space because they left their towel. It should be prohibited, If you are not there the space is free for use, unless you go to the toilet.

Room and rooftop hotel were amazing. Very nice gym.

Staff can be rude especially on the rooftop bar.

Large and nice styled unit with roll-in shower and a great view and a bathtub. Marvellous location, next to Fashion District.

The newly renovated hotel offers comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. The bed is especially comfortable and the bathroom is well-equipped. The pool is also a highlight, definitely worth a visit.

Felt safe and secure, no complaints at all.

Thompson Toronto is located in a great area west of downtown Toronto which is rapidly changing with new housing developments, restaurants and shopping. The room was terrific - very modern but comfortable
